Data & privacy

Your business.
Your records.
Your decisions.

Buying, selling and stock belong together. Access to your business information should remain deliberate.

Updated 11 October 2026

01 / Business records

One business.
Clear boundaries.

The development application brings together products and variants, selling units, stock, supplier purchases, customer sales and payment records. Each business owns its records.

Business membership, permissions and database access controls are checked on the server. Staff tools and connected-shop sharing are designed to expose only the information that the user is authorised to see. Release and recovery checks remain outstanding; this is not a production-security certification.

02 / Important decisions

Review before
the records change.

Reading or attaching an invoice does not post it. Finalising a customer invoice, receiving stock, recording a physical count and recording a payment are separate, deliberate actions.

Stock history keeps the relevant supplier or customer and invoice close to the movement. Original documents and historical transaction details are retained according to the application's rules. A payment record describes money paid or received; the website does not move money.

03 / Invoice reading

A useful draft.
A manual path too.

The development application can read embedded text from supported digital PDFs without sending it to an external AI service. It uses recognised fields and previously confirmed supplier items to help prepare a draft.

Support is limited to recognised document structures. If an invoice cannot be read reliably, manual entry remains available. Photographing or attaching a document does not mean its contents have been extracted.

External AI invoice processing is disabled. Any future activation requires separate review and verified provider data controls. No provider approval, Zero Data Retention status or European processing guarantee is claimed by this website.

04 / Before public launch

Prepare carefully.
Then release.

Public authentication, backups and recovery, private-document protection, upload controls and physical-device acceptance must be completed before customer trading begins. Testing and production will use separate business databases and credentials.

The public service will have its own terms, privacy information and retention arrangements before it accepts customer information. This preview does not promise that retained invoices or business records are automatically deleted after reading.
